The living area  has a DVD player, music system, TV and the kitchen comprises of dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, hob and fridge-freezer, coffee machine, breakfast bar and stools with sliding doors onto the sunny terrace. The kidney-shaped pool is a real feature,  with depth varying from 1.5 - 2.1 meters with a security alarm and nets.

This luxury holiday villa is located between Grasse, the famous 'perfume town' of southern France, and Cannes, the chic coastal resort town on the Cote d' Azur. From the peaceful church square, the view looks over the wooded hillsides and the stunning mountainous countryside.

Other places to visit in the immediate area include Théoule sur Mer, a charming seaside resort nestling in a small cove at the foot of the Estérel mountain and shaded by majestic parasol pines and St Cassien, a beautiful lake with clean water and small beaches and many water-sports facilities.
