Lovely villa with dazzling sea views, swimming pool, beach 2 min., 3 bedrooms (one with fireplace), 3 bath/shower-rooms, very large living area (living room with fireplace, dining area, library, internet area), designer kitchen, Designers Guild interior, terraces, garden, garage.

Villa Miramar is in easy walking distance from the beach (2 min. by car), and only footsteps away from an entrance to the National Park de l'Esterel with fantastic hiking and mountain biking. The property features a modern interior (Designers Guild). There is a swimming pool 9x5 meters, and terraces for sunbathing and outdoor dining, set in a terraced Mediterranean garden.

The total interior area is 220 m2 or 2354 square feet. The terraced garden is 1100 m2 or 11770 square feet. There is a garage and additional parking area on the driveway. The villa is south-east facing, at an altitude of 124 m, or 350 feet.The Villa appeared in the (British) Channel Four documentary "A Place in the Sun" as one of the most beautiful properties on the Cote d'Azur.
