The kitchen area is furnished with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, double sink, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, and coffee maker and is especially useful if you are a family.

The first floor bedroom on the mezzanine level contains a queen size bed, large cupboard and chest of drawers. The second bedroom is on a split level and contains narrow twin beds and two cupboards. The third bedroom has twin beds, cupboard and table. The fourth and final bedroom features twin beds, chest of drawers, cupboard, table and chair. All four bedrooms have en-suite facilities and there are also two separate toilets one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. This villa also enjoys two terraces and pool with sun loungers.

This villa in Cote d’Azur  is situated in a residential area in Mouans-Sartoux, between Cannes (12 km) and Grasse (8 km) in the heart of the Cote d'Azur and close to many well renowned sites and the cities of the Riviera.

Any town that has perfume as its mainstay industry you know is going to be an assault on your senses. Beautiful Grasse is just that. A benign microclimate and abundant water source make it ideal for the cultivations of flowers, the base of perfume. Production has taken place here since the 18^th century and Grasse is full of historic 'parfumeries' (many which offer tours), a perfume museum and hosts a lovely Jasmine Fair at the start of August.

Grasses’s historical town consists of a winding network of streets spilling over a hilltop and reined over the town’s cathedral. The immediate countryside is dominated by olive trees and (of course) fields of flowers. Grasse has good connections to Nice, Cannes and the rest of the Cote d’ Azur. Before you leave don’t forget to try the fougassette, a thin and light oval shapedbrioche pierced with 7 holes and flavoured with orange blossom.
