The mezzanine floor acts as the third bedroom and features a double bed, chest of drawers, cupboard, and TV.

In addition, this Villa in Cote d'Azur has a terrace with an open view. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, sun lounger, barbecue, bench and parasol. There is also a pool, security system and exterior shower.

This Cote d'Azur villa is situated in the village of Vallauris, a mere 6 km from Antibes and 10 km from Cannes.

Vallauris, set in the hills above the magnificent Golfe Juan, with stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes, the lles de Lérins and the Esterel mountains. Old Vallauris oozes Mediterranean charm and boasts a tradition of pottery. Picasso spent ten years here.

Cancellation Policy

Before 60 days: In case of cancellation more than sixty days before the arrival, the client is liable for the whole amount of the desposit paid to secure the villa.
Within 60 days: In case of cancellation sixty days or less before the arrival, the client is liable for the whole amount of the rental of this villa.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
