The 25m² living room has satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi, corner with cushions, corner sofa, and bar. Decorated in a 60’s Iranian style. Its 23m² kitchen comprises of dishwasher, 2 ovens, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, table/bench and seat bench for 8, and a satellite TV.

This luxury apartment boasts two ground floor bedrooms, one bedroom found on the first floor, and two bedrooms situated in the garden level apartment

It has a 3300m² large terraced land equipped with table, chairs, and parasol. Finally, the 7 x 5m fenced pool with a depth of 2.5m, with steps, ladder, and diving board. Situated on 3rd terrace from villa. It also has a pool house consisting of kitchen, exterior shower, wc, hi fi, satellite TV, built in gas and barbecue. Table, 12 chairs, and 10 sunloungers with cushions complete this set up. This is perfect for France family vacations with excellent self catering facilities available and wonderful surroundings for short term stays.

This Cote d'Azur Holiday Villa in Biot is situated at the centre of the Cote d’Azur with direct access to all the medieval villages in this hinterland and approx 3 km from the small Provencal village of BIOT, a medieval jewel in a green setting. It is ideally situated 4 km east of Antibes, between Cannes and Nice. The village is well known for its glass works and the museum of the legendary artist Fernand. Marineland theme park (dolphins, killer wales, seals, sharks, tropical fish,...) is just 3 km away, it makes a great day out for children and grown ups!!! 10 km from Nice airport.

Cancellation Policy

Before 60 days: In case of cancellation more than sixty days before the arrival, the client is liable for the whole amount of the desposit paid to secure the villa.
Within 60 days: In case of cancellation sixty days or less before the arrival, the client is liable for the whole amount of the rental of this villa.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
