This fabulous 150 sqm holiday villa on the Cote d' Azur can accommodate up to sixteen people in five bedrooms and three bathrooms. This semi-detached holiday villa one of seven vacation rentals in a secure residency. The villa is superbly located and a mere stone's throw from the famous Nartelle beach in Ste Maxime and is ideal for exploring other prestigious Riviera resorts, such as St Tropez.

Thevacation villa is comprised of a living-dining area with fireplace, TV, DVD and hi-fi plus an bright and sunny American-style kitchen which is fully equipped for self-catering. In the stylish bedrooms,bBeds range from King to Queen and Double-sized and all can be split into singles, making the holiday villa ideal for group holidays.

The terrace is equipped with barbecue and outdoor furniture whilst the secure shared pool is shared between the other guests.

The villa is at the heart of the St Tropez Gulf. It is a little piece of seaside heaven, close to beautiful beaches, great shopping and sports amenities, as well as nightlife. Ste. Maxime is nestled between beautiful Provencal cities such as Aix-en-Provence and nearby neighbouring coastal resorts such as St. Tropez.

Ever since Brigitte Bardot was seen frolicking on its golden sands in the nineteen-sixties, Saint Tropez has been associated with an affluent lifestyle, great natural beauty and Riviera laissez-faire. The town has also played a major role in French art, with artists such as Matisse, Hockney and Bonnard having settled here at one point or another.

Whist chic shops, galleries and restaurants dot the colorful cobble-stoned alleys of the old town, its five golden beaches are clustered along the beautiful Baie de Pampelonne. Many offer water sport facilities, such as windsurfing, sailing and canoeing.

Cancellation Policy

Before 60 days: In case of cancellation more than sixty days before the arrival, the client is liable for the whole amount of the desposit paid to secure the villa.
Within 60 days: In case of cancellation sixty days or less before the arrival, the client is liable for the whole amount of the rental of this villa.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
