This 20m² air-conditioned studio flat sleeps up to two people. 3rd floor studio apartment in quality residence. Furnished balcony and garden view. On the famous Promenade des Anglais. 2 km from the city centre. Shops closeby. This apartment can be accessed by lift.

The 12m² living room is furnished with marble floors, double sofa bed, TV, and French window with garden view. It has a 2m² kitchen corner with fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and electric kettle. The bathroom is composed of bath, basin, bidet, and wc.

Payable parking available by the petrol station. Petrol station nearby but without nuisance for guests as the apartment is situated at the back of the residence.
