The vacation villa in Cote d'Azur is an elegant Provencal villa nestled in the hills overlooking the picturesque valley of Plan de la Tour. From the elevated terrace beautiful vistas of the surrounding hills and the vineyards in the valley below abound. The vacation villa offers a tranquil setting for those wishing to relax but still be within easy reach of all the excitement the Gulf of St Tropez has to offer.

The Villa is situated on large, private grounds and has 3 spacious double bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. There is a fourth bedroom for a child. Each room is furnished to a high standard and decorated in an elegant Provencal style providing luxurious accommodation. The rooms open out onto a large terrace which runs the length of the house. This is ideal for enjoying the view, your morning breakfast or a glass of chilled Rosé at sunset. The grounds feature a large, well situated swimming pool (12 x 6m) with loungers.

Come relax, explore and enjoy either as a guest of the B&B or renting the whole villa!

Notes on Villa Prices

1. You have 4 days within which to sign contract &

2. fax back and produce proof of payment

4. 50 % deposit is required. If booking within 8 weeks then 100 % payment is required
5. If cancel within 8 weeks 100 % cancellation fee applies, if cancelling out of the 8 weeks then 50 % applies
6. Minimum stay 7 days. Starting on Saturday at 16.00 pm till Saturday 10.00 am
7. Water, Electricity and Tourist Tax 100 Euros per week
8. Security Deposit: €800
9. Every Saturday during your stay our Femme de Menage will come and clean. Costs for cleaning which are NOT included in the rent for the house. Cleaning is 
10. 120 Euros (1 week stay) 200 Euros (2 weeks) deducted from security deposit. Cleaning is obligatory
11. Max number of guests is 7. If these are exceeded rental can be terminated immediately

13. Responsiblity during your stay. 
14. You are legally responsible for house (incl. furniture), swimming pool and garden. A third party responsibility insurance is obligatory. One can purchase through http://locplus.eu/gb.aspx or letter via your own insurance company.
