This charming and comfortable 120 sqm vacation villa in Provence has accommodation for up to eight people in five bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is set in beautiful green countryside yet close to the towns of Vence and Grasse.

The traditional lounge is furnished with a TV, DVD, hi-fi and open fireplace whilst the pretty blue and white kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. For those that would like to try their hand at some local dishes, you'll find a fondue set, chip fryer, raclette and waffle machine in the utility room.

The ground floor bedroom contains a double bed and south- facing French doors opening onto the terrace. The second bedroom upstairs has single bed and adjoins bedroom three, which also has a south-facing window.

The shaded terrace has two tables, garden chairs and a gas barbecue; ideal for dining outdoors. The 8 x 3.5m kidney-shaped pool is equipped with steps and has a depth from 0.9 to 1.9m. Two sunloungers, ping-pong table, and outdoor lighting complete the adorable set up.

This charming holiday villa is located in Tourettes sur Loup, 25kms from the flamboyant city of Nice and surrounded by olives groves.The village has retained its medieval charm and is within easy reach of other medieval Provencal villages of Vence and St. Paul.

St Paul de Vence is one of the most beautiful and most visited villages in France. It has attracted many artists, such as Matisse, Soutine, Chagall, Renoir, Signac and Modigliani for its great natural beauty. It is also home of the Foundation Maeght, one of France’s most important modern art museums with a remarkable collection of paintings, sculptures, drawings and other graphic works from the 20th century.

Cancellation Policy

Before 60 days: In case of cancellation more than sixty days before the arrival, the client is liable for the whole amount of the desposit paid to secure the villa.
Within 60 days: In case of cancellation sixty days or less before the arrival, the client is liable for the whole amount of the rental of this villa.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
