This charming and full of character holiday rental villa in Eze on the Cote d' azur has accommodation for up to ten people in five bedroom and three bathrooms. It is set on a terraced hillside and enjoys breathtaking sea views. 

Inside this outstanding rental villa is furnished in a rustic-chic style. The tiled living-dining area is fully furnished and has natural wood dining table large enough to accommodate 10 people with French windows leading to terrace, as does the kitchen which is fully equipped for self-catering. There is a washing machine, drying area, iron and ironing board in a separate laundry room.

The simply-furnished bedrooms contain either double to twin beds (which can be pushed together) and views of the surrounding countryside. There is a fifth bedroom (and bathroom) in the loggia that adjoins the holiday villa. Other bathrooms are located on the ground floor. 

This holiday villa's superb terrace has fabulous views of the sea, pool and hills and is equipped with tables chairs, a large parasol and electric barbecue. The enclosed pool with steps is 7 x 4m and has a depth of 1.3m throughout. Sun-loungers, parasol and chairs complete this extraordinary set up.

This fabulous holiday rental villa on the Cote d' Azur is situated in the incredible village of Eze, which is perched at an altitude of 427 meters and built around the base of a castle. Needless to say, the views from Eze over the Mediterranean are superb, and other attractions inside the village include an exotic garden and a pair of Grasse perfumeries.

Eze is located only 8km from Monaco, one of the most famous and glamorous cities in the world with its Casino, F1 Grand Prix and of course its incredible nightlife. The ideal location of the holiday villa means that there is something to interest everyone's taste.  It is within close proximity to a host of activities and entertainment, including golf courses and riding centres and waterparks. Alternatively there are beautiful private and public beaches close by for long, lazy summer days.
