This lovely 240 sqm holiday villa in Provence sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Tastefully furnished throughout,  it has a view of the medieval village of Mougins and is ideally situated to explore this popular and most famous part of the Cote d' azur.  The villa is equipped internet access.

The tiled living room boasts plenty of Provencal charm and is furnished with 3 seater sofa, and 3 armchairs,  table and 4  dining chairs, 2 writing desks, and 2 TV's. The living- dining area is open plan, with tiled flooring and direct access to the patio outside. A tiled kitchen is well equpped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, double sink, hob, fridge, toaster, and coffee machine. The utility room has a washing machine, dryer and clothes line.

The 20sqm bedroom on the first floor is tiled, with a queen size bed, wardrobe, TV, DVD, armchair, and window and en-suite. Bedroom 2 is 12 sqm wide, with floor tiles, queen size bed (160cm), wardrobe, chair, and French doors opening onto a terrace which has magnificent views of Mougins village. The third bedroom is 12sqm, with tiled flooring, twin beds, wardrobe, 2 chairs, and window. 

The terrace has an awning and great views over the village and surrounding green hills, whilst the patio has sliding glass doors overlooking the beautifully maintained garden. It is equipped with barbecue, table and chairs, perfect for al fresco eating. The non-enclosed 10 x 6m pool has a depth varying from 1 to 2.2m, with steps and protection cover. The private pool is south facing and gets a lot of sunshine sunshine and comes equipped with 6 sunloungers with matresses, 6 armchairs, 2 tables, and portable charcoal barbecue.

This well presented villa is located within the medieval village of Mougins, on a hill overlooking one of the most attractive and popular towns of the Cote D'Azur.  The location of the villa means that is able to offer both the opportunity to experience the solitude and peace of the rural location as well as the excitement and glamour of exploring nearby towns such as Cannes, Antibes, Grasse, or Antibes..

 Cannes is  known the world over for its famous film festival, but its not only glitz and glamour in this beautiful town, the jewel of the French Riviera.

La Croisette promenade wraps around the waterfront, lined with palm trees and restaurants and backed by glorious belle-époque villas and hotels. Cultural attractions in Cannes include the History of Provence Museum, and the Musée de la Castre with objects from the Pacific islands.  Don’t miss visiting the Île Sainte-Marguerite, where ‘The man in the Iron Mask’ was imprisoned for over 11 years!
