This stylish 220m², 'hacienda-style'  holiday villa on the Cote d' Azur has accommodation for up to seven people in four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is set within large enclosed grounds and situated between Tourettes sur Loup and Vence. 

The living-dining area comprises boasts a tiled floor, some striking art work, fireplace and piano and the pretty, Provencal-style kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, including an American fridge, espresso machine and pizza oven. 

Two bright bedrooms are located on the first floor (one with a Queen and the other with a single bed) and the master bedroom has French windows to a terrace with sea-views. The third bedroom is on the ground floor and has a queen size bed and the fourth, twin-beds. 

The 150m² terrace is partially covered and has a large barbecue, table and chairs. A 10 x 4.3m pool has a depth of 2.3m and is equipped with steps, 7 sunloungers with cushions, tables and chairs in pool house. Exterior shower with basin and wc complete the set up.

This outstanding holiday villa in the Cote d' Azur is situated in an area rich in olive groves, and near the villages of St Paul de Vence and Tourettes sur Loup, all full of historic cultural interest.

Tourrettes sur Loup is a charming medieval village that is perched on a rocky outcrop and surrounded by superb landscape.
