This luxurious holiday villa sleeps up to eight people and is set in the prestigious residential area of St. Paul de Vence on the beautiful Cote d' Azur. At only 800 metres from the famous Maeght Foundation and several famed restaurants.   

The holiday villa's living-dining area features a tiled floor, fuel heating and exposed beams with an open fireplace and pretty Provencal-style furniture. The well-equipped kitchen has all the equipment you need for self-catering, and there is a separate laundry room. 

All five bedrooms have great views of the well-established garden, pool and/or lush surrounding countryside and two have en-suites. 

The villa has magnificent privately enclosed garden, replete with pencil pines and large palm trees and including several terraces.  The 8.5 x 4.5m pool has a depth varying from 1.1 to 2.3m, with steps, ladder, diving board, and security device.  It is situated behind the dining room  and has  direct access to a private gym which comes equipped with a sauna with shower.

 This comfortably spacious 210 sqm Villa, sleeping is situated in the beautiful medieval village of in St Paul de Vence. St Paul is a beautiful medieval fortified village perched on a narrow spur,  surrounded by lush green wooded hillsides.

It is a  maze of cobbled streets, boutiques,  and  boasts some celebrated restaurants nearby.  This fortified hilltop village is a pleasure to discover with views of the Alps on one side and the glittering blue of the Mediterranean on the other. Walking and cycling in the hills surrounding Saint Paul de Vence is superb, and at the famed beaches of the Cote d’ Azur are within close proximity, 10 km from Cagnes, 20 km from Antibes, 25 km from Cannes, and  20 km from Nice.


St Paul de Vence is one of the most beautiful and most visited villages in France. It has attracted many artists, such as Matisse, Soutine, Chagall, Renoir, Signac and Modigliani for its great natural beauty. It is also home of the Foundation Maeght, one of France’s most important modern art museums with a remarkable collection of paintings, sculptures, drawings and other graphic works from the 20th century.
