Vacation Rental Description

This 3rd floor 1 bedroom Cote d'Azur Vacation apartment is in a brand new, prestige residence with views of the marina. It is in a perfect location for a holiday rental, being close to the port, beach, Old Town, really everything that Antibes has to offer.

The open plan kitchen and living area leads to the terrace with table and chairs perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen has been finished to a high standard and includes a full length fridge/freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar. The living area has a large flatscreen TV with Sky satellite, and DVD with a selection of movies.

There is a bathroom with bath/shower and a separate toilet. The bedroom has a queen size bed and full length fitted wardrobes. The whole apartment has been tastefully furnished to a high standard. There is secure parking available to rent under the building, which needs to be booked at the same time as the apartment. This is the ideal apartment for a romantic getaway for two.

About Cote d'Azur Antibes

Antibes is known for its yacht marina, the biggest in Europe, with its International Quay which often has some of the biggest yachts in the World, its Provencal market, Picasso museum and Medieval Remparts. It has its own sheltered, sandy beach. The Provencal produce market runs every morning in the summer and is not to be missed. In the evening it turns into an outdoor restaurant scene, sharing the space with local artists stalls.

Antibes is perfectly placed on the Riviera between Monaco and Cannes. The train ride along the coast is very scenic in either direction and is the perfect way to explore the coast. Don't miss the fabulous Casino of Monaco, or a stroll along the Croisette in Cannes. Closer to home is Juans-les-Pins with its renowned nightlife.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking, with the balance to be paid by 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros. Note that this could incur a charge, to be met by sender. Towels and linens provided.

   There is a cleaning/laundry fee of 50 euros payable in cash on departure.

   
   A security/key deposit of 300 euros is required in cash on arrival, to be returned on departure, minus costs of any breakages/damage.
   Please note that checkins after 10pm. can not be facilitated.
