Vacation Rental Description

This 2 bedroom first floor apartment is in a quiet street, a few streets from the Marina, train station, beach and Old Town. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and opens on to a sunny balcony with table and chairs, ideal for an al fresco breakfast. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and also its own balcony with outdoor furniture. In the living area there are a further 2 sofas that convert into single beds. There is a dining table and chairs for 4. The kitchen is fitted with everything you could need, including dishwasher and washing machine. The luxury bathroom has a shower, heated towel rails and a new corner bath. There is a separate toilet. The apartment has TV and DVD and an X-box. The apartment is air-conditioned and is spacious, light and open plan, perfect for a family holiday.

About Cote d'Azur Antibes

Antibes is known for its yacht marina, the largest in Europe, with its International Quay, which is home to some of the biggest ’Megayachts’ in the World, its Provencal market, Picasso museum and medieval Ramparts. It has its own sheltered, sandy beach, and is within walking distance to several others. The Provencal fresh produce market runs every day in the summer and is not to be missed. In the evenings it turns into an outdoor restaurant scene, sharing the space with local artists’ stalls. Just behind the market is Antibes’s Cathedral, the setting for outdoor concerts in the summer months. The Old Town is full of lovely cobbled shopping streets, pavement cafes and countless restaurants to choose from. Thursdays is market day in the Old Town with thousands of stalls spread all over, selling anything from bikinis to carpets. On Saturdays Place National is the setting for an Antiques market. Nearby Juan-les-Pins is a major holiday destination, with a casino and nightclubs.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. Minimum rental period-5 nights. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros, note that this could incur a charge, to be met by sender
2. Towels and linens are provided
3. There is an obligatory final cleaning/laundry fee of 70 euros to be paid in cash on departure, charged separately by our local cleaner
4. Please note that Check ins after 10pm. can not be facilitated
5. On arrival you will be met at the apartment and given two sets of keys. The security/key deposit of 300 euros or equivalent in sterling, will be collected in cash at this time, to be returned on departure minus costs of any damage/breakages
