Vacation Rental Description

This 2 bedroom apartment is in a tranquil residential setting, yet only a 10 min walk to the center of Antibes, and a further 5 to the heart of the Old Town, with its own designated parking space.
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a small and secure residence, and is light and airy throughout. The kitchen is new and fitted to a high standard with dishwasher and all mod. cons.
The living area is a good size and opens on to a lovely sunny balcony, perfect for al fresco dining. There is also a dining table that seats 4 comfortably. The living area is equipped with TV with freeview satellite and DVD with a selection of movies. The bedrooms are both roomy and tastefully decorated with matching furniture.
  The Old Town and the beaches, the bus and railway stations are all within easy walking distance, (about 10mins. to Place de Gaulle).
In the evenings it's a nice stroll into the hustle, bustle and crowds of Antibes for dinner, but also nice to leave the noise and crowds behind when you come home, the best of both worlds

About Cote d'Azur Antibes

Antibes is perfectly placed on the Cote d'Azur between Nice and Cannes and has both a modern and an old town. It's famous for its fabulous yacht marina, the largest in Europe, its Provencal market, Picasso museum and Medieval 'Ramparts' which once surrounded the town. It has its own sheltered, sandy beach, and numerous restaurants/cafes and bars to choose from. The Cote D'Azur has in excess of three hundred days of sun each year so this is really an all year round holiday destination.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. Minimum rental period-5 nights.

   A deposit of 25% of the rental rate secures your booking. The balance of the rent is payable six weeks prior to the start of the let. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros. Sender pays bank charges. Towels and linens are provided.

   There is a final cleaning/laundry fee of 70 euros payable in cash on departure.

   On arrival, you will be met at the apartment and given two sets of keys, and the security/key deposit of 300 euros in cash will be collected at this time, to be returned on departure minus costs of any damage/breakages.
   Please note that check ins after 10pm. can not be facilitated.
