Vacation Rental Description

The living and kitchen area is open plan. There is a large leather corner sofa that comfortably seats four people and a small armchair. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a 30' wide screen LCD, DVD player and CD player . For dining, there is a round glass topped wrought iron table and 4 chairs. There are two large bedrooms. The first has two single beds with wrought iron bed frames.

The room has a stunning large replica French style wardrobe and an original marble fireplace. We know our guests will love the original ceiling fresco - a slice of Niçoise history to wake up to. The second bedroom is on the mezzanine level with a double bed, wrought iron bedhead and matching side table. There is also a walk-in wardrobe and full length mirror. The bedroom also has its own private bathroom.

Privacy is maintained on the mezzanine level by drawing a thick curtain. There are two bathrooms. One is on the mezzanine floor and is accessed through the mezzanine bedroom. It has a sink and vanity unit, toilet and a bath with overhead shower. The second bathroom is on the lower floor at the rear of the apartment and has a shower cubicle, toilet and vanity sink unit.

Nestled on a charming street in the Old Town between the picturesque Place Rossetti and Place du Palais. This is the central hub of the old town and seconds away you will find the Cours Saleya with it’s flower, food and antiques market and many restaurants and also the Promenade and beach. The bus station is approx. a 5 minute walk. The Port area with its fabulous restaurants and Antique quarter is a 10 minute walk along the picturesque Promenade. Across Place Massena central Nice is 5-10 minutes away and is not to be missed for its stunning Nicoise architecture and of course, shopping!

1. All prices include 'meet and greet' on arrival, cleaning and emergency contact during your stay. Longer and shorter stays can be negotiated so please inquire. An initial deposit equivalent to 1/4 of the price is required to book the apartment. This can be paid via credit card. Arrival and departure days are flexible. We provide freshly pressed Egyptian cotton linen and premium quality towels. The towels consist of 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for each person. Guests are more than welcome to provide their own linen.
