At 35 sqm, this vacation rental has one bedroom, one bathroom and two sofa-beds (one single and one double) in the living room. The kitchen area has all you need for self-catering and there is a separate WC next to the bathroom.  

The private terrace contains garden furniture and a parasol, with panoramic views of the park and pool area. The vast pool and lagoon are for communal residence use and come equipped with deck chairs, parasols, outdoor toilets and showers. Ping-pong tables, a tennis court and garage parking (for one) complete this set up.

Whist chic shops, galleries and restaurants dot the colorful cobble-stoned alleys of the old town, its five golden beaches are clustered along the beautiful Baie de Pampelonne. Many offer water sport facilities, such aswindsurfing, sailing and canoeing.
