Vacation Rental Description

The living room is bright and contemporary with seating for 4 and a flat screen TV & DVD with English news channels. The dining area is bright and fresh with a dining table and seating for 4 people. The master bedroom is light and airy with an ornate wrought iron 4 poster bed, large antique wardrobe, desk and bedside furniture. The twin room is spacious with French windows that open onto the balcony. 

The newly renovated bathroom contains a shower cubicle and bath with a sink and vanity unit and mirrored storage cupboards.

The brand new pine fitted kitchen contains ample storage space, a double oven and 5 ring gas hob. A large fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.

Located on Rue Gubernatis one of the most central locations in Nice. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the bus terminal, 3 minutes from the Old Town of Nice with its bustling bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from the beach.

Being in the centre of Nice the apartment is surrounded by shops, cafes and brasseries.

1. All prices include 'meet and greet' on arrival, cleaning and emergency contact during your stay. Longer and shorter stays can be negotiated so please inquire. An initial (1/4 of the price) deposit is required to book the apartment. This can be paid via credit card. Arrival and departure days are flexible. We provide freshly pressed Egyptian cotton linen and premium quality towels at £15 per person. The towels consist of 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for each person. This charge is what our professional laundry service charges us. We do not make a profit from linen. Guests are more than welcome to provide their own linen.
