Vacation Rental Description

Cannes is a famous festival town on the French Riviera, or Côte d'Azur. It is also famous for its beaches, the Croisette promenade, luxury shopping, all the while still maintaining some of its old town charm. Cannes in not more than 25 minutes from the Nice airport, 40 minutes from Monaco, and 1 hour from the winter ski resorts.

The apartment we are offering is ideally placed: On one hand, it offers very easy acces to the highway, so going to the airport, Monaco, Nice, Saint Tropez and other coastal Cote d'Azur towns is only a question of minutes. On the other hand, it is located in a quiet residential area, thus avoiding the rush of the tourists, which you may not feel like dealing with at certain times. It takes only minutes to get from the apartment to the beaches and the center of Cannes. If you enjoy walking, it is a 15-20 minute stroll to the Festival Palais, beaches, and major shopping streets.

The apartment is a part of an old provential villa, with a separate access. The property contains many old trees and a fishpond. Several sitting areas are available, and among them a terrasse completely private to the rental apartment. We are offering you a free use of a barbecue. Small animals are welcome.

The apartment has two main entrances - one leads to the entrance hall, the other directly to the kitchen. From the hallway; the door opens to the living/dining room, with a TV set, a couple of couches and a table. The living room provides you with a beautiful view of Cannes and opens up to a bedroom with a double bed (and a bunk bed for children). A third entrance leads from the bedroom to the private terrasse.

French Riviera (Côte d'Azur) is the area that offers all kinds of activities: beaches, luxury shopping, late nights out, refined restaurants, festivals. A famous film festival takes place in Cannes, but it is not the only one! The major international property, tourism, TV and other meetings and shows take place in Cannes as well.

Cannes is close to all other major Cote Azur (French Riviera) towns, like Monaco, Nice, Saint Tropez, Antibes, Juan les Pins, etc.  It is also 90 minute drive to the nearist ski / mountain resorts.
