This 36 sqm holiday apartment on the Cote d' Azur sleeps up to four people in one bedroom and one bathroom, in a modern and secure holiday village consisting of 164 semi-detached rental properties. 

There are many convenient amenities on site, including a bakery, laundry services,  and children's play area.  Each apartment-villa has a lovely small private and furnished garden for sitting and relaxing. The complex is ideally located to explore Cannes which lies a mere 8 km away.

The open-plan, modern living-dining room has a double sofa bed, dining furniture and flat LCD screen TV. The  kitchen is adequately equipped with all necessary amenities and has French windows opening onto the garden. The bedroom, with a double bed, is located on the first floor.

The holiday village's two shared pool are available for use from April to October.

  CANCELLATION POLICY
  

• Before 60 days: In case of cancellation more than sixty days before the arrival, the client is liable for the whole amount of the desposit paid to secure the villa.
• Within 60 days: In case of cancellation sixty days or less before the arrival, the client is liable for the whole amount of the rental of this villa.
• If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
• If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
• Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
