This spectacular and spacious Costa Rica private villa with a pool is nestled on the majestic hillsides in Guanacaste, Costa Rica and has views of Playa Hermosa and the Pacific Ocean.  The villa is a fantastic choice for families or a large group of friends looking to rent a private and secluded residence to enjoy all that the villa and its surroundings have to offer.

This “Villa Encantadora” in Costa Rica Playa Hermosa (“Charming villa”) spreads over 4,500 square feet on two levels and can accommodate up to 11 people.  On the second level, you will find 4 bedrooms – most with stunning views.  There is one bedroom with a king-size bed, two bedrooms with queen-size beds and one bedroom with 3 single beds (with trundle).  There is also a bonus room with a sofa bed (not included) for additional guests.  There are 4 bathrooms – each with a shower.

The large open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas have high ceilings and a continuous wall of glass maximizing views of the Bay and the Ocean.  The living area has plenty of comfortable seating and cable TV, the dining area has a dining table with seating for 8 guests and the separate, modern and fully functional kitchen is ideal for preparing meals at home which also includes a breakfast bar with an additional 3 seats.

The outdoor living space includes an infinity pool, a barbecue and bar area, a dining table with seating for 4 guests, and a sitting area with a sofa and chairs – perfect for al fresco dining with picturesque views.

Other features of the property include high-speed Wi-Fi access, a washing machine and a dryer, air conditioning, a garage, and a dishwasher.  Please note smoking and pets are not allowed.

This Costa Rica private villa with a pool is located in Guanacaste in the northwestern part of the country along the coast of the Pacific Ocean.  The province is named for the guanacaste tree (the ear pod tree) which is the national tree of Costa Rica.  It is the most sparsely populated of all of the provinces and is bounded by volcanoes as well as mountains, rivers and is also heavily forested in some parts.  The climate and culture are unique to other provinces as there is little rain and consistent heat from November to April making it an attractive option for tourists to enjoy all the magnificent beaches.

This “Villa Encantadora” in Costa Rica Playa Hermosa is close to restaurants, the supermarket (10 min) and the nearest beach is 1km.  There are 5 other beaches within 15 minutes.  The nearest airport is Liberia (20min).  A car is recommended.
