Vacation villa rental "Casa don Tomas" in Costa Rica is for rent, by the day, week or by the month. This two bedroom, two bathroom, swimming pool beachfront holiday house is located in the town of Santa Teresa in one of the most pristine beaches of the Northern Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Nestled amid the tropical forest but just a few walking steps from the ocean, the villa enjoys the privacy of its one-hectare property.

The vacation villa is fully fenced and landscaped with mature trees, Croatian, bamboo, bougainvillea, amapolo, cactus, centenary precious wood trees, thousands of flowers, thick grass lawn and comes with rural fresh water system along with a dependable electric supply and telephone. The house has a large reservoir of fresh water capable of sustaining a family of five for two weeks in the event of a water shortage not uncommon in this area during the dry season.

Vacation Villa "Casa don Tomas" is located in the village of Santa Teresa de Cobano.  Santa Teresa, located near the absolute reserve of Cabo blanco, is a place of beautiful beaches full of multicolored seashells, coconut and palm trees, a great variety of birds, and it is ideal for surf lovers, for people appreciating the beauty of a peaceful, quiet sunset. Leonardo DiCaprio, Gwyneth Paltrow, Joaquin Phoenix and other Hollywood celebrities come to Santa Teresa attracted for its untouched natural beauty and to enjoy its treasures.

This site offers views to "forever" from its southern facing beach, and even has a fully shaded and planted beachfront walkway in the protected green zone between the beach and the property. This walkway is planted with cactus, coconut and almond trees, flowers and flowering beach cover. Just 3 miles further to the southwest lies the Cabo Blanco Absolute Nature Reserve, one of the most fascinating wildness areas in the Costa Rican park system.
