Vacation Rental Description

This mansion on the beach is both very large, secluded and beautiful ! The property is about a half acre and is surrounded by a 10 foot concrete wall. You enter the grounds through a 10 foot steele remote garage door, and drive about 100 yards through beautiful trees to the home. There is a car port on the side of the home. The entry is covered and the front door is a custom handmade teakwood door with cut glass. Once you enter the home their is a waterfall to the left  a sitting area on the right. Next is the family room with a 42 inch wall mounted plasma TV. Behind the couch are two finger windows that light up . You continue through to the office/ bedroom and if you continue forward, you would walk out to the pool!! To the left is the dining room and then the kitchen! There are spot lights and regular lighting to change the mood of your stay!!

Up the steps there are five bedrooms, with four bathrooms. The two rooms at the back of the upstairs are master bedrooms that share a balcony that overlooks the pool and views the ocean. The other three bedrooms share a very large balcony in the front of the home which over look the grounds. This balcony is great to relax and look at the stars at night or catch a breeze away from the sun.

We have gotten nothing short of rave reviews from everyone that has stayed at our mansion. One of our clients has told us to hold on to his deposit until next year!!! This is the newest home in the area and very private. When you get up in the morning, you can walk out to the beach for a swim in the ocean or a walk. If you prefer, the pool is very large and accomodating. The gazebo allows you to have a covered and lit area to eat during the day or night and there are plenty of lights to swim as long as you like.

We have innskeepers that maintain the outside of the home and are available for maid and laundry service (at an additional but reasonable charge)

The location could not be any better of this home!! You are walking distance to the Hotel Fiesta if you would like to gamble at their casino, even closer is the main hospital, and a Pali's (owned by Walmart) is within walking distance for groceries. The ferry is about 10 minutes away, and the town of Puntarenas is about 10 minutes away as well. Most of the roads in Puntarenas have been improved with reflectors, bike trails, and new asphalt. There are both white and black sand beaches in the area, and this home is a little over an hour from the San Jose airport and about an hour and a half from the airport in Liberia.

The beaches in Puntarenas are very large and the town also has a professional soccer team. Puntarenas just recently (Feb. 25,2008) played the U.S. champion Houston Inferno at their stadium and won 1 - 0 in a very close game!!

If you like to surf, snorkle, or fish, this area has the best that Costa Rica has to offer. The gulf of Nicoya has over ten islands to explore, and the fishing is the best in the world. I recently went fishing and we caught two dorados both over 50 lbs. We had these fish hooked within 45 minutes!! ( It took another 45 minutes to get them in the boat!!! )

Enjoy Costa Rica with your friends or family or both!! Puntarenas is a traditional Costa Rica town and where the local go to vacation. This town known as the Pearl of the Pacific has retained its identity as a large family Costa Rica town. If you are looking for a Denny's, Burger King or Mc Donalds, this is not the town for you !! The local restaurants offer very good, fresh food at very low prices!

We are 40 minutes from Jaco, and about an hour and a half from Tambor, Mal Pais and Paquera. Most of this trip is by ferry and the drive time is only about a half hour.

You will want to come back and stay again and again at this mansion. It provides you with great access to all of Costa Rica, all amenities are within 10 minutes from the house, and it is the newest most modern stay in the area!!!

We are located off the main road to the city of Puntarenas and near many amenities. This home is on the beach and is great for exercise. This home has a 2 meter concrete wall around the 1 acre of property for privacy and the pool is very large. The ferry is only 8 minutes away, and there is a new canopy tour that is 10 minutes away.
