Vacation Rental Description

This is the perfect villa for a small family, two couples, or a couple traveling with another single adult. The two separate apartments in this villa allows for your own "space" to get away and also sufficient room to enjoy time together with your traveling companions or family. Either apartment can be rented separately for singles or couples as well.

Casa del Chaman is located off-the-beaten-path in the amazingly "green" area of Manuel Antonio in a beautiful, small and safe, gated community with seven new villas called El Chaman. Lush tropical plants, palms and tropical flowering trees create the intriguing gardens and more privacy throughout the 2 hectares of grounds. The large, inviting, luxurious pool, with whirlpool, is a "stones throw away" from the villa and provides another spot to sit amongst the vibrant gardens, listening to the sounds of the rainforest and watching titi monkeys acrobate through the trees. Sliding glass doors enclosing the porch of the Upper Deluxe Apt can be fully opened to give you a tree top view for birdwatching and monkey viewing and to enjoy the refreshing rainforest breezes.

El Chaman’s tranquil setting allows for peaceful relaxation and privacy. But, it is also very convenient so that you can walk to restaurants, shops, buses, taxis and internet service in less than 5 minutes. By car, bus or taxi, you can be in the nearby, bustling little town of Quepos in 5-10 minutes and the white sand beaches of Manuel Antonio in10 minutes.

You can rent the Whole House OR choose from either of the 2 apartments - The Deluxe or the Efficiency. Both apartments have AC, cable TV and telephone.

The Deluxe - (Upper level) This is one bedroom with king bed, one bath, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, phone, cable TV, washer & dryer, porch with rockers and jungle view for great monkey and bird watching.. All linens and bath & beach towels are provided. Sleeps 2. With futon and couch can sleep an additional 2.

The Efficiency- (Lower level) This is one bedroom with full bed, table & chairs, cable TV, phone, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen supplies and large bath with shower and jacuzzi. Sleeps 2.

The Whole House (Both levels) Rent both the Deluxe and the Efficiency apartments and have two separate units to enjoy time together, or apart, from your traveling companions. Sleeps 4.

About Costa Rica Manuel Antonio

Manuel Antonio is one of THE most beautiful places in ALL of Costa Rica and its spectacular beach has more CHARACTER than you can imagine.
