Garden level, three-bedroom resort condominium with terrific view of the La Iguana fairway and spectacular sunsets! Large terrace and lawn, just steps to three community swimming pools, Jacuzzis and gas grills. Del Mar Green is outfitted with a master bedroom with king-sized bed and private, en suite bathroom; second bedroom with two double beds, third bedroom with two twin beds. Second and third bedrooms share the hall bathroom.

The residence features a fully equipped kitchen, plus a full-sized washer and dryer. Del Mar is a classic Los Sueños Resort & Marina community. The terrace is a terrific place to start your day with morning coffee or wind down with cocktails at sunset. Guests have access to the resort's amenities, including room service 24-hours every day from the four-star Marriott Ocean Hotel. The Del Mar fitness facility is available at no additional charge. Tennis, golf and other activities are available as well.

1. Please ask us about seasonal and long-term rentals, as well as our custom fishing, honeymoon and golf packages

2. We are happy to arrange for airport transportation, car rentals, stocked pantry and refrigerator, private chef, massage, fishing boats, golf, Spanish lessons, zipline canopy, birding, sea kayaking, and more
3. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, payable by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, e-check or bank wire
4. The remaining 50% must be received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date
5. We offer and strongly suggest that you purchase a travel insurance policy to cover such contingencies.
