Vacation Rental Description

Our deluxe two bedroom, two bathroom Costa Rica condominium is part of the Sunrise Condomnium Development in Tamarindo. Our unit is BRAND NEW! It is available for rent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

This accommodation in Tamarindo, Costa Rica comprises of two bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. There are two bathrooms both with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room comes with sofa beds. From the large balcony of this accommodation, you can sit back and watch the sea or the swimming pool.

It is located in the center of Tamarindo. Tamarindo is located in the Northwest Pacific coast of Costa Rica in the Guanacaste Province. Major Airline service is available to nearby Liberia Airport(only 45 minutes by car) and to San Jose Airport(about a 4 1/2 hour drive or a 50 minute commuter airline flight to Tamarindo Airport) The Tamarindo Airport is only a 5 minute drive from our condo.

Tamarindo and the surrounding area have activities for everyone

Fishing: You will find some of the best sport fishing in the World, just minutes from our condo. Marlin, sailfish, dorado(mahi-mahi, dolphin), tuna, roosterfish and more. Tamarindo has a large fishing fleet and the professional captains and crews can set up any type of trip you wish. For more information, Contact Us .

Surfing: Surfers come from around the world to surf on Playa Tamarindo. Conditions vary and are good for beginners and experts alike. Surfing schools abound, and boogie/surfboard rentals are inexpensive.

Horseback Riding: Guided tours are available for riding on the beach, or on trails nearby. A great way to explore this beautiful Country.

Canopy Tours: A unique way to explore the rain forest. There are several nearby.

Arenal Volcano and Lake Arenal: This is one of the worlds most active volcanoes. It is about a 2 1/2 hour drive from Tamarindo. Lake Arenal is a beautiful and very large lake. It is famous for windsurfing and is also nice to explore by boat. Tours are available to both.

Nature Tours: Costa Rica is world famous for its eco-tourism. Costa Rica is home of more species of birds than the rest of the world. Tours are available to national parks, rivers, rainforests and nature preserves. For relaxation, you can't beat a float down the Corobici River.

Golf: There are three golf resorts in Guanacaste. The closest is only a 5 minute drive. The best is Hacienda Pinilla, and is only a 20 minute drive. This is a new, world class course.

Scuba Diving: Tamarindo and nearby Ocatol are home many beautiful species of fish. If you don't know how to dive,Tamarindo has certified dive schools. You can take a resort course, or get fully certified. For more adventure, take a boat to nearby Bat Island or an excursion to world famous Isla de Cocos.

Sailing Tours: There are several day trips available from Tamarindo. Another great way to see this paradise.

Other Water Activities: Kayaks, Hobie Cats and jet skis are also available for rent on Tamarindo Beach.

Just Relax: Hang out by the huge, on site pool or relax on the beach.

Food and Shops: Plenty of great restaurants are within walking distance of our condo. There is a small grocery store nearby and shops in la Rotonda. A short drive gives you even more choices.

Night Life: Tamarindo has a variety of bars with a variety of music. Many have live bands. There is a Casino in Playa Langosta, about a 5 minute drive.

Transportation: You can walk to almost everything from our condo. Car rentals are available a few blocks away, or at the Liberia or San Jose Airports. Taxis are inexpensive, or you can hire a car or van for as long as you like. For reliable, safe, private transportation and tours, we recomend Frank Chicas.
