Vacation Rental Description
Located in relaxing Playa Grande, the group of 4 indiviual studio cabinas is surrounding by lush plants and trees. Choose from either an upstairs or downstairs unit, all overlook the pool.
All cabinas feature open sleeping spaces with one double and one single bed and a private bath with hot water showers. The kitchen area is located on the patio or balcony and is fully equipped. This property offers a great opportunity for bird & monkey watching.
About Costa Rica Playa Grande
Okaya Grande is a tranquil beach community located on the Pacific Coast. Just north of Tamarindo, much of the area is protected as part of Las Baulas National park. Boasting world class waves, a pristine beach and one of the most important nesting sites of the Leatherback (La Baula); the largest sea turtle in the world.
Playa Grande has a very laid-back vibe and offers a nice selection of restaurants and two surf shops. Banking, shopping, nightlife & medical services are located in nearby Tamarindo which is accessible via boat taxi during the day or a 25 minute drive.
Many tours and activities can be enjoyed in the area; see the nesting site of the Leatherback (Oct - Feb only), horseback riding, estuary tour, surf lessons & board rental, ATV tours, canopy zip line tours, snorkel/sunset sails, SCUBA diving, deep sea fishing, day tours and more.
