There is one bathroom with shower. The open-plan kitchen if this Copenhagen apartment is fully equipped and gives out onto the living room with cable TV and cable Internet connection. From the living room you can exit onto the south-facing balcony that overlooks Teglværk harbor and the canal below.

For those on buisness trip in Copenhagen you will be just a short drive away from the ’Bella Center’ Congress facilities, the new Ørestad quarter’s art, education and media centres, the Copenhagen Int’l Airport, and the Øresund Bridge that takes you straight into the Swedish city of Malmø. And if you turn the other way on the Zealand Bridge you’ll be passing a string of major companies’ headquarters, such as Nokia, Phillips and Sony Ericsson; driving this way, you’ll be in downtown Copenhagen in a couple of minutes.
From the airport: this accommodation in Copenhagen is 7 minutes drive from Copenhagen International Airport. Take the public buses 4A and 30 that stop right outside the “Sluseholmen” Thad Jones Vej.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 3 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
