Vacation Rental Description

Our property is in the heart of Manuel Antonio. THe property is about 11/4 of land, thus providing large tropical gardens very well landscaped, also grnats lots of privacy for those intimate moments. We are facing westward so the ocean views are unique and expectacular; phenomenal sunsets.

Our property also has lush jungle surroundings, and with lots of fruit trees we have an array of tropical birds and monkeys enjoying our natural settings.

We want you to have a wonderfull time wiht us, so we provide a daily maid service, maintenance & gardening staff that will provide fresh fruits, and tropical flowers to enjoy while you visit with us. Security is an issue for us, so we provide 24/7 security and private parking. All the villas have security boxes to place your most precious items.

There are 2 split level studios & a 1 bedroom villa each separated with ample space. Each studio comes with a queen size beds, and an ample L shaped sofa in the livingroom. The 1 bedroom villa also has a queen size bed and a sofa bed in the livingroom. Each villa has a balcony overlooking the ocean, which is a perfect place to enjoy an afternoon cocktail as you watch the sunset. Our villas are perfect for honeymooners, small families, or a mid size group of friends that do not want to enjoy independent environments.

We are located half way to the beaches and half way to downtown Quepos. This meaning that we have proximity to banking, the best restaurants in town, super markets, car rental& domestic airline agencies, and public transportation (buses & taxis).

We also provide you with the a staff that will help you put together a package of tours that will provide you with a unique experience.

The Quepos & Manuel Antonio area is by far the hot spot in Costa Rica. The Manuel Antonio National Park and its rich wildlive is but minutes away. The public beaches have an array of restaurants and souveniers shops that will provide you with a special taste and memorabilia of Costa Rica.

At the emediate area surrounding our property are the fines restaurants, and coffe shops.

In the town of Quepos, there are many super markets, and restaurants serving local cuisine. There is also the Quepos Bay were all the sportfishing fleet is anchored. There is also a breakwater that provides a panoramic view of the town and the bay.
