This spacious home is located in the heart of South beach and has recently been remodeled with the finest products available.Just 2 blocks walk to Lincoln Road where all the restaurants and clubs are, five blocks to the convention center and performing arts center and 7 block to the beach. One block to the marina wher you can go on charter trips fishing , diving or just rent a boat on your own.

The home has been updated and has a great warm homey feel to it. Warm colors, gleaming hardwood floors and high quality linens make you feel cofortable as possible.

The home has 4 bedrooms.  Each bedroom has its own bathroom.  Upstairs 2 mastersuits with exposed wood beam vaulted ceilings with beautiful skylights and private full size bathrooms with cedar lined closets in bedrooms and hallway. Second floor landing has acess to a large terrace overlooking the sights of South Beach.
