This Patzcuaro accommodation is located just 1/2-block from the small plaza, right in the center of Patzcuaro. But it's also on a quiet one-way street with convenient street-parking.
About Cooking Holidays Patzcuaro
Patzcuaro is a small colonial town nestled in the mountains of central Mexico. Just 45 minutes from Morelia and 3.5 hours from either Guadalajara or Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa, it's a perfect location for your next trip.
On the banks of Lake Patzcuaro, surrounded by Indian villages (each with their own specialty craft - mask making, weaving, pottery - etc...) and dormant volcanoes, Patzcuaro combines the best of the old and the new - with lots of shopping, hiking, eating, relaxing and enjoying.
Famous for its corundas (pyramid-shaped tamales), avocados, pecans and peaches, Patzcuaro's open-market is open everyday and it just a 5 minutes walk from the house.
