Vacation Rental Description

This vacation villa in Morocco is a single storey house, located in the peace of the countryside to the south of Marrakech sleeping 8 adults and 2 children. The vacation villa is surrounded by 7½ acres of its own land, with spectacular views of the Atlas Mountains. There is a 40’ x 20’ heated swimming pool in the garden. The house is close to two of the best golf courses and to the celebrated Amanjena Hotel, and only 30 minutes’ drive to the centre of Marrakech. A driver can be arranged to take you to and from the city.

The Morocco villa consists of 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There is another sleeping area with bunk beds for 2 children in one of the bedrooms. Besides of having a living room, sitting room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, there is also a large Moroccan-style Atrium.

The staff lives in separate staff accommodations in the grounds, so that the housekeeper/cook and the gardener/pool attendant are always there if you need anything.

The oasis of Marrakech in southern Morocco is surrounded by desert yet has stunning views of the Atlas Mountains which, in winter, are covered in snow. It is a perfect place for a break: close, exotic, great shopping in the souks, good restaurants with food and wines influenced by the French, fine golf courses and warm: afternoon temperatures between September and June average 24 degrees Celsius.

The house is in the coutryside around 12 miles south of Marrakech. It is situated in a peaceful area close to a village.
