A prestigious boutique villa on the most popular of Greek Islands-Rhodes. This luxury villa in Rhodes, Greece is now taking bookings for "off season" 2008 (November  - December - a stunning, quieter time to visit the island ) + all 2009 and 2010 dates. Ideal for friends, family, honeymoons etc...

This villa is built to a high standard of meticulous specification & design-and our top quality furnishings match this. The contemporary features are sympathetically fused with the historic aspects of Rhodes and offers spacious and luxurious accommodation.

The 3 bedroom villa sleeps 6, but can also sleep up to 8 people by special arrangements / supplemental charge. Please contact us to discuss.

The villa also enjoys a spacious open plan living and dining area- with the views to look over to.

Vlicha Bay is in the middle of the east coast of Rhodes-between the resort of Kalathos and the famous and historic village of Lindos with the historic Acropolis.

The waters edge is also shallow and gives extra peace of mind for parents supervising children.

Villa Lindos Kalliopi overlooks the entire panorama of Vlicha Bay and your unrivalled location means easy walking distance to local shops, a superb supermarket, bus stop, taxi hire and car hire.

The two 5-star hotels in the bay have a fairly open policy to welcome outside guests and you can ask to use some facilities and enjoy any entertainment they put on.

A holiday at Vlicha Bay means you are close by to find enough time to visit Kalathos, a small colourful village retaining a good deal of traditional charm. With tavernas down by Kalathos beach. The village of Kalathos is slighty inland and also offers cafes, bars and tavernas.

3. Long winter or summer lets of 2 weeks and more a discount can be negotiated
4. A deposit of 25% is payable
5. Preferred days of Wednesdays or Saturdays for changeovers
6. Arrival time is after 4pm
7. If you are booking within 8 weeks of travel the full amount is payable when you reserve
8. A £250 security bond is required
