This beautiful 3 bedroom/2½ Bath home is nestled on the Mountain hillside overlooking Ojochal, with stunning views of the river mouth and the Pacific ocean. The house is available for short-term and long-term rental. The Village of Ojochal lies on the south central Pacific coast of Costa Rica in the province of Puntarenas. Ojochal is approximately thirty minutes drive south of Dominical and twenty minutes north of Palmar Sur. The village consists of a variety of hotels, restaurants, bars and stores.

'Estilo de Vida' is located in a development that currently has not had many houses constructed. As a result the house makes an excellent location for viewing the abundant local wildlife. You will soon become an expert at recognizing the distinctive call of our resident toucans, which can be heard throughout the day in the jungle canopy. Troops of monkeys such as the Mantled Howler so named because of their distinctive barking call can be heard in the mornings on the mountain side and can come travelling through the yard at any time of the day. Woodpeckers and other birds can be seen as well as spectacular butterflies.
