The design and construction of this wonderful contemporary beachfront villa are superior. Step in the front door and be immediately captivated with the expansive ocean view through the cirrcular great room windows. Everywhere you turn you will find luxury - from the marble floors throughout, to the beautiful parota woodworking accents. Feel the spaciousness from every angle including the brick cupola domed great room ceiling, vaulted parota bedroom celings to the bright skylights in the hallways and bathrooms. Cook your own gourmet meals in air-conditioned comfort in the spacious full size kitchen and serve in the custom crafted dining table which seats 10, or whip up some grilled shrimp or mahi mahi on the outdoor BBQ grill. Mix up some ice cold margaritas from the full bar - you've got yourself a feast! If you're more in the mood to be "waited on" enjoy a private chef which we will arrange for you at a minimal charge, or enjoy the many marvelous restaurants - even within walking distance! Swim in luxury in the private kidney shaped pool surrounded by beautiful indigenous stone & beautiful landscape. Enjoy beautiful night swimming by the light of the underwater pool lights. The next terrace down is a beachfront patio with double size palapa with hammocks and sitting area to enjoy an up close ocean experience. A few more steps down and you are on the beach. Walk up and down the beach in virtual privacy. Swim in the ocean right outside your door, and if you're adventurous enough to snorkel, the tropical brightly colored fish are abundant by the nearby jetty.
