Vacation Rental Description

The Airhouse Turkey Coast vacation villa has spectacular views, enjoyed by two ground floor bedrooms which both open via French windows onto the main veranda. Outside steps lead down to the large swimming pool and terrace.

The roof terrace pergola and al fresco dining area give amazing panoramic views over Kalkan bay, Patara Beach and Kapitas bay. Whilst dining, listen to the distant haunting sounds of the Imam calling the faithful to prayer in the far valley. At night the roof terrace gives you all the romantic sunsets and skylines you desire and is the place to watch the moon rising!

With the villa next door, suitable for 2-family holidays. Please enquire.

Owner can organise airport transfers and car hire if required.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. 25% deposit on booking and balance due 6 weeks before arrival
2. Prices are for upto 4 persons. Each extra guest over 2 yrs old at £70 per week
3. Full weeks only. Minimum 7 nights. Changeover Day: Usually Mondays but we can be flexible. Arrival after 3pm. Departure before 10pm. Due to popular flight times we can usually be flexible unless the departing or arriving guests times clash.
4. Manager on call 24hrs. Linen and bed change once per week with short clean during week.
5. Owner can organise airport transfers and any car hire required.
