KONINI COTTAGE is a 2 bedroom 66sqm solid timber cottage ideal for rentals on Wellington's Coastal playground, the Kapiti Coast. Bedroom 1: has queen size bed Bedroom 2: has twin singles. The kitchen is fully equipped to enable self-catering. Breakfast is available if required. The tastefully furnished Lounge / Dining are open plan with the kitchen & open onto the verandah. Laundry & bathroom complete the line up. Set in an acre of grounds & adjoining the golf links the mood is tranquil & private. KONINI COTTAGE is kept to the highest standard of cleanliness & qualiity. All linens etc provided. Only one party accommodated at a time so it is all yours to enjoy whether it is just a one night stop over or a longer holiday.

The KAPITI COAST is a narrow strip of coastal land nestled between the TASMAN SEA and the TARARUA RANGES with the iconic KAPITI ISLAND just off shore.. The beach is safe for swimming & endless walking. Many other walks can be found locally. KAPITI ISLAND Bird Sanctuary & other lagoons and nature reserves abound. The world renowned Southward Vintage car museum is nearby. Restaurants, cafes & fast food within walking. Being only 1 hour north of Wellington & the Interisland Ferry it is the perfect stop off either going to the SOUTH ISLAND or returning North.
