Vacation Rental Description

This holiday apartment for short-term rent is located in the south of Sicily close to the small town of Marina di Ragusa, only 4 km far from the sea.

Villa Sicula is a well maintained private country villa with private pool and comprises 2 holiday apartments for rent.
Apartment 1 is for 4-5 persons.
Apartment 2 is for 2-3 persons.
Both are fully equipped and very comfortable.

The holiday partment 2 comprises a private roof terrace with fantastic views over the land down to the sea. It's modern furnished and fully equiped, clean and cosy. 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, american kitchen fully equipped, living room area with sofa bed, stereo and Sat TV and cenral heating.

You can share our private swimmingpool and the big garden with lots of palm trees, cactus trees and lots of other typical mediterranean plants.

We, the owners Enzo and Bettina, are living too in Villa Sicula. With us are our 2 lovely dogs, some cats and a couple of goats.

Tourism doesn’t play an important part in this area of Sicily. That makes it easy to discover this beautiful land full of history and its friendly people.

The southern face of Siciliy is one of low rolling hills, criss crossed with white dry stone walls and dotted with statuesque carob trees under the clear blue sky it is most famous for.

Nearby you find a lot of tourist attractions, such as the famous barock towns of Ragusa, Modica or Noto. A lot of cultural sights like the valley of the temples, the archealogical park of Siracuse and the ancient part of Siracuse Ortigia, famous for its ceramics is the town of Caltagirone or the mosaics of Villa Romana at Piazza Amerina and of course the mount Etna are easy to reach.

Nearby are natural parks like Cavagrande di Cassibile, an enormous canyon or Vendicari for bird watching during the winter months.

Last but not least: the endless fantastic beaches with crystal clear water.
