Vacation Rental Description
The restoration of an old Tuscan farmhouse “Le Manzinaie”, built in 1878, has resulted to make 4 charming, self-catering apartments/suites and one of them is “ROSE” (sleeps 2). It’s located in Tuscany - in the province of Siena, in Montepulciano - just halfway between Florence and Rome.
The Tuscany accommodation is completely hand-decorated and are embellished by trompe l'oeil to offer the guests a refined, cosy and exclusive atmosphere.
Apartment “ROSE” for 2 people is on the ground level provided with independent entrance. It has a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room with sofa, a large bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi Hydro massage tub, shower-bath and hairdryer. It’s provided with satellite TV, Wireless Internet connection, safe, ceiling fans and independent heating. All windows have mosquito screens.

Notes on Apartment Prices
In Mid and High Season the apartment is available on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. (in Low Season, minimum 3 nights and in Mid Season, minimum 5 nights in the week.)

- 30% deposit of the total amount upon booking confirmation
- CANCELLATION POLICY: In the unfortunate event you need to cancel all or part of your holiday we will have to charge either (a) deposit only - if the cancellation is received more than 30 days before, or
(b) deposit + an additional 50% of the balance - if the cancellation is received from 29 to 14 days before letting, or (c) total rent - if the cancellation is received less than 14 days before arrival or in case of NO SHOW
