Welcome to Argentina´s most trendy area, we invite you to experience what Palermo Soho has to offer from our new beautiful, modern design apartment located in Gurruchaga st and Niceto Vega st. Being on the 2nd floor in the front of a new building, this apartment receives wonderful, natural sunlight and enjoys the nice breezes during the warm summer nights, particularly from the balcony. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with bath tub and shower.

The Master Bedroom has double bed, ample closets, bathroom in suite and two windows with lovely view to the street and the trees. The Second Bedroom has twin beds and ample closets. There is air conditioning in each room. The Living room, facing the Balcony, has a leader sofa that can also can be used as a bed, if a friend or family member is visiting and it is also ideal to relax in front of the TV. Modern Dining room with white table and chairs for 6 people. Fully equiped Kitchen and Bar. The building offers a pool, solarium, free laundry machines and shared barbeque area on the top floor. There are two elevators.
