The House is situated in the centre of a little village in Valnerina, St. Anatolia di Narco, at 10 km from Spoleto, the town of the "Two Worlds Festival". The House is an excellent strategic point for artistic, naturalistic and wine-and-food tasting itineraries, near Art Cities like Assisi, Todi, Perugia, Gubbio, Orvieto. Rome is about 130 km ; Florence is at about two hours of travel.

The House, a nobiliary residence of XVII Century recently restored, consists of two large apartments. The First-Floor Apartment, furnished with original pieces, accomodates four/five persons, and consists of a sitting-room, a living-room, a large kitchen with a fireplace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace overlooking the valley. The Ground-Floor Apartment, made out of the ancient store-rooms with their characteristic structures, accomodates four/six persons, and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting-room and a large living-room with a kitchen-corner. About Cooking Holidays Umbria

Spoleto and The Valnerina (Nera River Valley) are an ideal place for a charming holiday. The place is full of naturalistic beauties, like Marmore's Waterfalls, or Sibillini Mountains Natural Park, as of artistic testimonies, like Romanic and Gothic Architecture, Umbrian Renaissance Pictures and frescoes. In the Valley it's possible to play a lot of sports, like rafting and hiking on the waters of Nera River, climbing or skiing, swimming, horse-racing and mountain-biking along the medieval paths still linking the little villages.
