New Luxury Apartment Furnished and Professionally Decorated by the owner who is an Architect, who lives and works in an important Hotel in South Beach, Ocean Drive, next to Versace Mansion. The apartment combines the comfort of one´s personal residence and the services of a hotel. Being on the second floor, the apartment receives wonderful, natural sunlight and enjoys the nice breezes during the warm summer nights, particularly from the large balcony. Nevertheless, there is air conditioning in each room when it is time to sleep or relax in front of the TV. The leader sofas in the Living room also fold out to beds, if a friend or family member is visiting. The Modern and fully supplied Kitchen gives way to the Elegant Dining room and Living Room where you can entartain guests or enjoy a quiet meal. The Master Suite has King Size bed,dresser, desk and chair. Bathroom in suite with Jacuzzi tub and shower. The Second Bedroom offers two options: King Size or twin beds. Each bedroom has balcony access, TV and full size closets. Double glasses in the windows have been installed to enjoy privacy and a good night sleep. The building offers a pool, gymnasium, free laundry machines and shared barbeque area on the top floor with incredible view.
