It's not a loft, but it sure looks and feels like one! Situated on the ground floor, just steps to one of three pools and a 10 minute walk to the private, oceanfront beach club, to which our guests have complimentary access.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. Please ask us about seasonal and long-term rentals, as well as our custom fishing, honeymoon and golf packages.

2. We are happy to arrange for airport transportation, car rentals, stocked pantry and refrigerator, private chef, massage, fishing boats, golf, Spanish lessons, zipline canopy, birding, sea kayaking, and more.
3. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, payable by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, e-check or bank wire
4. The remaining 50% must be received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
5. Must be 21 years or older to rent.
6. No refunds will be provided for trip delay, interruption or cancellation
7. We offer and strongly suggest that you purchase a travel insurance policy to cover such contingencies.
