- Arrangements for collecting keys and directions after office hours worked really well. Emergency phone number worked when we couldn't work out how to turn the heating on. Wonderful! Everything was clean, warm and worked. Great kitchen and loved the chandeliers. Loved location - quiet and off the tourist track - really suited us. Only quibbles - no dish washer detergent or heating instructions, TV reception and channels so-so.
