- Excellent location. 2 blocks from Bon Marché & its Epicerie, the best food store in Paris. Semi quiet neighborhood with easy access to Saint Germain, Metro and bus lines.Apartment spaces are constrained as is typical in Paris. Elevator is tiny (if you're large you will just not fit in). Cleanliness is acceptable. Decor is a neutral mishmash. Practical all around but not pleasant enough to spend much time in. All in all a decent deal.

- The apartment at Germain Varenne suited the needs of our family of four very well. It was spacious, with nicely appointed bathrooms and (very important) comfortable beds. The service was great. We were met at an early hour and the arrangements to do that went very smoothly. The location allowed us to walk to most tourist sites and the Rue du Bac metro is very close.

- I would recommend this apartment for 4 people, it was well located in a lovely quiet street, beautifully appointed, very clean, value for money and the service provided by the person who welcomed us was excellent.
