- The location was very convenient (between the termini railway station but also start of all main bus lines and Cavour metro station), very close to Colosseo and S. Maria Majore and just a 20 min walk to the old part of the city. There were a small super market almost next door and an even smaller just opposite of the apartment where you could also buy some homemade snacks. There was also a pizza shop near by that sold pieces of delicious pizza per kilo and crostata (marmalade sweet cake) and biscuits in the mornings, ideal for breakfast.The apartment was very clean and the service by Italo who gave us the keys was excellent. He spoke very good English and he gave us all the information we needed for the property and the area.The "problems" we had were almost not even worth talking about: the view of the balcony was not the best (the back side of the neighbor buildings) but you may never notice it as the apartment is so finely decorated and because of the a/c you may never need to open the window. If the people staying in the apartment next door are a bit loud (our neighbors had a little baby that kept crying early in the mornings) you might listen to them.

- The apartment was a very nice place to stay. A bit closer to the train station that I had thought, but felt safe the entire stay seeing as it was 2 women and 1 man. Owner was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to eat, etc.... One set back , if older people looking to stay in the apartment there is no lift to get up and there are 72 stairs. Other that the stairs I give the apartment an A+.

- The property was clean, well presented, adequately equipped and very quiet. The price/quality ratio was reasonable and it represents good value against a hotel stay. I would thoroughly recommend it for two people for a short stay.
