- Overall there was a very nice stay and the price/quality was above the average 4* hotel. The area is very lively with a lot of restaurants (and there is even a supermarket just arround the corner). Transportation service from and to the airport was correct and I definitely recommend it (maybe is less cost-effective than train but it worths). In summary we enjoyed our stay very much and probably we will use again in the future, this type of accomodation.

- The location was perfect, i know the area well as i have visited Rome twice before. The property was lovely, very spacious and clean. Great service too, on our arrival and when we were leaving. Also allowing us to stay a little longer after check out time was nice.

- Hi Jean I was meaning to email you sooner, but have been very busy with family life. I wanted to say thank you for all your help in finding us the right type of accommodation. The location was perfect and the flat was brilliant. My family had a wonderful time, only wish we could have stayed longer, maybe next time. Thanks again

- This is a lovely apartment and a great base for your stay in Rome - totally recommended! The location is perfect and you can walk to the Capitol in 20 mins - you can also walk up the Januculum hill in 15 minutes from where you will get perfect views right across the city. Take a map with you so you can find your way back!

- We had a wonderful time. There were 6 of us including 3 teens. The location was great and the apartment was delightful. Location is closwe enough to walk to all of the important sites and with our trip being between Christmas and New Years we had a chance to see how the people in that neighborhood celebrated. Will recommend your company.

- The apartment was beautiful. It had all the amenities including extra linens and pillows. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. having The location at first seemed a little out of the way but it wasn't a problem once we got familiar with the bus and tram system. Having a grocery store just downstairs was extremely convenient. We would definately stay here again.

- The apartment was really beautiful and Luca who greeted us was very helpful. Couldn't recommend H Velvet more highly. We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was in a really suitable area of town.
