- The apartment in Florence was fantastic, the location made a huge impact on time spent in and around the apartment. To be able to look out from the balcony and glance the Duomo and its piazza right there was a real privilege. The staff in the entrance of the apartment block were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were cleaned most days, which was a pleasant surprise. It was a great city, and lovely to be right in the centre of it. Closing your eyes in the living room and hearing the daily hustle and bustle of people lining up for the duomo outside was a really relaxing way to have 5 minutes break before heading back out into the streets. One of my favorite places we stayed in the whole of Italy, wouldn't hesitate going back there.
