- My husband and I arrived in Rome for two days of business, and five of pleasure. The business part paid for a lovely but "tiny" hotel room, and my choice to move to an apartment managed by Holiday Velvet, rather than extend the hotel stay was the best move EVER. The apartment was huge and just as beautiful in person as it appeared on the web site. And the Holiday Velvet staff could not have been more helpful in arranging all the details regarding the car service pick-up at the airport, all the necessary info on our Rome contact and meeting time at the apartment, to the pick-up going back to the airport.. Everything went so smoothly. Like velvet! I highly recommend them, and will contact them again at any opportunity. Margie Gilbert
